Villetta, deep in the green, in a sunny area, with glorious views over rolling countryside. This is an ideal house in which to relax and enjoy the countryside and entertain, and also to use as a base from which to tour the rest of Italy.
SUNRISE is a flat of 55 sqm, at the 1st floor, with a dinette kitchen + balcony, 1 bedroom (double bed 180x190 + single bed 80x190) with balcony and a bathroom. All windows are double glazed, and all have retractable fly screens.
The villa is a typical house of the Italian countryside. It has 4 self-catering apartments with all comforts and varied permutations of sleeping facilities.
- PARKING in the garden, that could be closed with a gate - GARDEN with furniture, tables and chairs, perfect for a drink at the sunset - public swimming POOL, during summer, only 300 mt- spa and wellness center 1 km (Tabiano) or 2,5 km (Salsomaggiore) - gazebo area with BBQ The owner, on site, will be glad to give you useful suggestions about interesting tours in the area (e.g. parmesan cheese farm)... or about the best trattoria or restaurant where to try the famous excellent local foods and wine at very reasonable prices.
The house offers a great outdoor living in spring, summer and autumn. Wonderful for alfresco dining and relaxing!
