Located in the city centre of Sanremo, very close to the Ariston Theatre, to the main shops, bars and restaurants, and at the same time close to the sea and beaches, a 2-bedroom apartment ideal for a group or family holiday, being able to accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment, provided with air conditioning, is located on the second floor with lift and welcomes guests onto the bright living room equipped with a sofa bed for two, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully fitted kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine and toaster; living room leads, through French doors, to the private terrace equipped with a dining table with chairs for breakfasts and dinners!
Provided with free Wi-Fi, the apartment features a master bedroom equipped with a comfy double bed, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine; on the upper floor, reachable through staircase, guests benefit of the second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed for two and an access to the private balcony.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.
The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.
Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.

Sanremo is easily reachable from Nice airport (65 km distance) as well as from Genova Airport (140 km distance).
