A beautiful country house with swimming pool and sauna, less then 20 Km from the beach. This lovingly restored villa consists of two separate accommodation units (IT-35020-03 and IT-35020-04). It has a new swimming pool, an outdoor sauna and a bbq. It is set in the Venetian lagoon within less than half an hour's drive from the beaches (Chioggia and Sottomarina). Villa Campagnola Due is located on the ground floor and it is 260 square meters: there are two bathrooms, four bedrooms and a spaciuos living area. The idyllic setting of this holiday home ensures complete peace and privacy. It provides you with the perfect holiday feeling. Relax in the sun on your lounger by the swimming pool and take a refreshing dip every now and again. There is also a spacious covered terrace where you can relax or enjoy your meals. A lovely place to spend your time.

Tips from owner:
There are many sights and activities in the area. It is characterised by their magnificent nature. Visit for example Rosolina Mare with their beaches and its beautiful botanic garden of "Porto Caleri" (37 km), admire sensational sunsets in the "Boschettona Beach" (8 Km) . And the "Casoni della Fogolana" (the old fishermen's houses) are just around the corner. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Venice (only 20 minutes): there is a regular bus 1 Km far from the accommodation. If you fancy a day at the beach, the beaches of Sottomarina (19 km) are a good option. If you love fishing, you'll find plenty of rivers in the immediate surroundings. If you are a hiking or cycling lover, you'll also find great paths nearby. The interesting surrounding area: Padua (36Km far, a historical university town rich in culture, with works by Giotto), Venice (43 km far, cultural, political and moral capital of the Veneto region, as well as a spectacular place to visit), Rovigo (46 Km far, The two towers, Torre Donà and Torre Grimani, Palazzo Roverella), Vicenza (75Km far, architecture and the Palladio villas), Verona (120 Km far, Arena, Romeo and Juliette) and Lake Garda (beaches, surfing and amusement parks).
