This special holiday apartment (127 sqm) is located in the historic city center of Taormina offering stunning views, a large roof terrace, and a parking option. It is located in the quiet part of the historic city center of Taormina and everything can be reached within a short walking distance. It has no oven but a microwave.The living room is equipped with an extra flip-out sofa, a fireplace is bright and comfortably furnished offering stunning, unforgettable views of the Mediterranean sea and Mt. Etna.There is a satellite flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The apartment is air conditioned and bed linen and towels are being provided. In case you visit Taormina during winter time you can heat the apartment with the air condition pleasantly and also use the open fireplace.Due to its special position, the apartment offers nearly a 360-degree view over the Gulf of Taormina, the coast of Calabria, the old town of Taormina, Mount Etna, and Castelmola. The large roof terrace and the balconies are furnished and invite you to dine with unforgettable views of Taormina and the Mediterranean.The apartment has been fully renovated in 2022 and is situated on the 5th Floor (without elevator) of a quiet apartment building near Corso Umberto (main shopping and restaurant area). You can directly reach the apartment by car and have the possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity.SERVICES INCLUDEDFree WiFi, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, heating,EXTRA SERVICESA housekeeping / cleaning service and an extra change of bed linen and towels can be booked separately (at charge). Usage of the pool area and the beach area.PARKINGParking is possible t the public parking car park "Porta Catania" at € 16,00 / 24 hrs. The car park is a 7 minutes distant.CHECK-IN / OUTCheck-in: 17:00 - 21:00 (05:00 pm - 09:00 pm)Check out: 08:00 - 11:00 (08:00 am - 11:00 am)In case you check in after 09:00 a late check in fee of € 30 is due and payable upon check in. Any check in after 09:00 is prior to previous approval. In case you arrive before 05:00 you may drop off your luggage but cannot access / use the apartment yet.THE NEIGHBOURHOODThe apartment is located in the historic city center of Taormina. The area is very quiet, and safe and is considered as one of the most pleasant housing areas of Taormina.There is a supermarket close by the condo. The weekly green grocery market takes place each Wednesday on the Piazza in front of the building. Any other shopping option is just a view minutes walk.The renown Corso Umberto of Taormina (3 - 5 minutes walk), all sites, monuments, bars, and restaurants are located in the vicinity of the apartment and can be reached within a short walking distance.In front of the condo there is the bus stop of the shuttle bus (Linea Verde) which gets you to the train station, the bus terminal and the beach Isola Bella.So you may even don't need a car staying in Taormina and getting around.For people who like hiking or biking the apartment is a great starting point. The hiking path to Castelmola (sentiero Saraceno) starts just 200 meters from the apartment away. Those who have a bike may leave it in the garage of the condo.All the sights, restaurants, bars and nightlife are within proximity yet without having any disturbance.
