La Foglia is one of the 5 flats that make up Villa il Panorama, a splendid modern villa of recent construction, situated in a residential area of the small village of Belvedere Fogliense. The flat is located on the first floor and has an independent entrance staircase, which allows access to the large, completely covered balcony, perfect also in case of bad weather. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs, sofas and a barbecue. The entrance of the flat leads to the living room/kitchen area where there is a comfortable sofa, a big wall TV, kitchen and dining table. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with bunk beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath. The villa is located in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere Fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ... About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. On a cultural level, Urbino is worth a visit at 17 km and Pesaro at 23 km with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches.
