Description

Climbing from Torri del Benaco, on the road uphill to the village of Albisano, Villa Margiò is hidden among the olive groves, in a wonderful panoramic position, with a fantastic view over Lake Garda. The villa features a terraced and sloping garden with many shading trees that line the road from the entrance gate to the parking area, with space for four vehicles. From the entrance (*) just a few steps and one enters in a large open-plan area: on one side a large lounge/sitting room with fire-place and doors directly to the veranda, the garden and the secured panoramic swimming-pool, on the other side, the dining room and around the corner the fully equipped kitchen on one side, a bathroom with shower on the other side. Doors open onto the back smaller patio. From the hall, a few steps lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms (one with side door to the garden), one bathroom with shower and another bedroom with view over the lake and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub. A few more steps up and there’ s another hall fitted with a couch and a coffee table. On this level there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, two of the bedrooms (one has an extra bed) enjoy the best view over the lake. Fully air conditioned – Sat TV Sleeps 15 guests (17 with the additional apartment) (*) on the ground level there is an independent two-room apartment, accessible by the main entrance of the villa, consisting of a sitting-room/dining area, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with view on the lake/garden. The deposit must be paid by credit card.
