The apartment "Le Brede 12" is in a privileged and quiet position, immersed in the "Bogliaco Golf" in a very refined structure. It is furnished with excellent taste and equipped with all comforts. Our guests have a large balcony and a beautiful swimming pool as well as the possibility of playing golf. In a few minutes you can reach the centers of Gargnano and Toscolano Maderno where there are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, the pharmacy and the doctor and the beautiful sandy beaches of the "Lido" and in grass of the "Fontanelle".

The apartment is a studio apartment by ca. 45 square meters and can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 people. Living room, kitchenette, mezzanine with double bed, a bathroom with shower, balcony, swimming pool and parking space.
