This delightful apartment, located in a building with a lift opposite the Grand Canal, is a mix of Venetian and modern style. This apartment, located directly opposite the train station, but on the opposite side of the Grand Canal, is an excellent starting point to explore the city as it is close to the Ferrovia vaporetto stop that will take you anywhere, from Rialto and St. Mark's Square to the Lido beaches or directly to the airport. It can be reached in a few minutes from the Ferrovia by crossing just one bridge, while from Piazzale Roma by crossing two small bridges. The Sestiere of Santa Croce, where it is located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the privacy of your home, you will find a supermarket 400m away. Composed of a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers, it is suitable for couples or families, up to a maximum of 4 people. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, autonomous heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and TV. Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
