This apartment finds itself in a villa in Villa Pedergnano. The villa with solar panels and a heat pump is divided into 2 apartment, one of which is being occupied by the owner and her family. It is pet-friendly and very suitable for family holidays. You are in the heart of Franciacorta famous for its wines. Lake Iseo is a short drive away and the place has beautiful vineyards and farmhouses to explore. Lake Garda and Bergamo are at 35 km and Milan is at 80 km. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are at 1 km. The villa is well-furnished and comes with parking. There is a fireplace to keep you comfortable inside. The modern kitchen is convenient for cooking. You can enjoy the view from the balcony and relax in the furnished garden with a barbecue. Electricity is now provided by renewable energies (solar panels and Tesla Powerwall 2), we also include a 6Kw wall charger (Alfen Single Pro-Line). We plan to constantly improve the efficiency of the house and included temperature + sound insulated doors and an hybrid heat pump. The motorway lies 2 km away. House is equipped with solar panels, heat pump heating and a car charging station. The cost for charging is 60 cents per kw.
