This really nice chalet is located near the forest, in a quiet spot near the village of Appelscha. It is an ideal choice for relaxing holidays with your partner or family. Your dog can travel with you. Appelscha is located in the heart of the Frisian forests and is home to no fewer than 2 national parks. The south side includes the Drents Friese Wold and on the north side you will find the Fochteloerveen. The park is one of the few untouched peat areas in the Netherlands. You can enjoy cycling in the woods around Appelscha. For example, drive through Dwingelderveld National Park and visit picturesque villages such as Havelte, Diever, Vledder and Dwingeloo. Lake Canada is 4 km from this chalet, where you can swim in the summer. Maybe you like a swimming pool more. As a guest in this chalet can use the "Bosbad" in Appelscha for free, which is within walking distance. This outdoor swimming pool is suitable for young and old people. A day out with the kids? "Duinen Zathe" traffic and amusement park is 2 km from the chalet. Enthusiasts can play a game of golf at the nearby 9-hole Hildenberg Golf Course.
