This holiday home is located behind the dyke of the Western Scheldt on the tip of South Beverland, one of the Netherland's eleven cultured landscapes. The house can accommodate up to four people. Due to its central location in Zeeland near the sandy beach, you can swim, go fishing, hike, kite surf or just watch the world go by. It is a quiet location with lots of water fowl, where you can forget about the worries of your daily life. The one storey house has 45 m². The living room is furnished with seating accommodation, a satellite television and a stereo. The house is heated with a gas oven. The kitchen is furnished with hot plates, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini oven and a kettle. There is a total of two bedrooms: one bedroom is furnished with a 1.60 m x 2.00 meter double bed, the other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed for two (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bathroom boasts a shower, a toilet, a sink and a spacious wardrobe. All windows have shutters. You can use a fee based washing machine on the campground. The spacious garden boasts many plants, a patio, outdoor lighting and plenty of shade. The garden is not fenced in. There is also a 12 m² garden shed with a small refrigerator and an outdoor table and chairs and sun loungers. You can park your car either at the house or on the free, large community parking lot, about 100 meters from the house. It is 200 meters to a beach pavilion where you can buy drinks and food. It is 250 meters to a campground which offers a kid's program during the high season, a pool with a slide and a shop which sells fresh bread. It is 15 km to Goes and three kilometres to the picturesque town of Hoedekenskerke (from where you can take a steam train to Goes during the high season). Please note that utilities (electricity, gas and water) are included up to 40 Euros. Any usage exceeding this amount will be deducted from your deposit. Dear customers, please note if charges are stated as payable "locally" it does not mean it automatically that all these additional costs can also be paid "in cash on site" by you. It may be that for organizational reasons, the additional costs will also be reported to the prior to your arrival owners must be transferred.
