This detached villa is located in the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park, only 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the renowned and charming Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with a TV and underfloor heating and an open-plan kitchen including a dishwasher. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds that can be set up as double beds. There is a bathroom with a shower and a lovely infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. The landing has a separate toilet. Through the French doors, you reach the garden with a terrace with garden furniture. There's room to park one car at the villa. At the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park, various villas can be rented for four to sixteen people.
