The house has 2 bathrooms and there is a relaxing sauna on the 1st floor. The park has various facilities (for a fee) such as a restaurant, shops, an outdoor swimming pool, a playground, a launderette and tennis courts. This property is not rented to groups of young people under 20 years of age due to its tranquillity.
