This comfortable 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides the perfect setting for your most precious days of the year. Because bedrooms and bathrooms are located on both the ground floor and first floor, the house is very suitable for a holiday with 3 generations (grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren), or 2 families with children. When you enter the house, you are immediately in the living room with open kitchen. The bright living/dining room invites you to linger on the cozy sofas. The showpiece is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, SMEG refrigerator and induction hob. It is a pleasure to prepare a delicious meal here and then enjoy it together at the modern oval dining table or on the terrace with lots of privacy in the greenery behind the house. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x200), a (children's) bedroom with a semi-high bed (90x200), a separate toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating in combination with a state-of-the-art heat pump. Via the stairs you reach the first floor with 4 spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. All bedrooms on the first floor have their own theme and can be heated or cooled by air conditioning. For example, 2 bedrooms contain double box-spring beds (90x200), guaranteeing restful nights. The fifth and sixth bedroom both contain a 1-person designer bed from WOOOD (90x200) and are especially a great experience for children due to their thematic design. While the children are having fun in the park's playground, on the mega-trampoline (250x350cm) in the front garden or building a hut in the bushes behind the house, you can enjoy the greenery on the terrace at the back of the house of your privacy.
