This modern holiday home is located in Holten and features a complete wellness centre in the farmhouse. The spacious house has 4 bedrooms, a cosy interior and is very suitable for large groups. The hot tub and sauna provide the necessary relaxation. Holten and its surroundings offer many possibilities for excursions. In Holten (5.5 km) itself, there is plenty to experience, such as many different restaurants and cycling, hiking and mountain biking routes. The centre of the Hanseatic city of Deventer (18 km) is easy to reach. For a day out, you can visit Avonturenpark Hellendoorn. Next to the house is a veranda with patio furniture, a fireplace and lounge sofas. The beautiful wellness area is located in the basement. Here you will find a wooden sauna, a luxurious shower with side jets, a plunge pool, a foot bath, sun beds and chairs. Next to the wellness area, there is a room with a pool table, dart board and fridge. There is also a jeu de boules court. Parking is possible in the carport. For reasons of tranquillity, this house is not rented for parties and it is not allowed to gourmet here.
