This beautiful bright apartment decorated in Ibiza style is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of an apartment complex on the Sneekermeer lake. From the accommodation and its balcony you have a beautiful view over the Sneekermeer lake.

High rooms with bedroom on mezzanine

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via the staircase. The bright, spacious and high living room with loft has a seating area by the television where you can sit comfortably on the double sofa and single armchair. The large dining table seats six, so you can enjoy a meal or have friends or family over. The table is spacious enough to use part of it as a workspace. Behind the dining table is a cosy play corner with a small seating area and some children's toys. The compact kitchen is equipped with a hob, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The modern bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and washbasin with mirror and cupboard is located next to the kitchen. Step directly from the living room onto the private balcony with beautiful lake views across the Prinses-Margriet Canal; enjoy this unique location in the comfortable lounge chairs. The industrial spiral staircase in the living room leads to the open second floor (loft) with a single bed (80 x 200 cm) and a double bed (180 x 200 cm) in the same room. There is also a bedside table and a wardrobe for storing clothes and other luggage. The windows have blackout blinds. The central heating cupboard and a storage room with a vacuum cleaner are also on this floor. There is a fold-away cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair for small children. Pets are not allowed.

With all kinds of activities within walking distance, you won't have time to get bored. Enjoy being active on the water-ski track before relaxing on the swimming beach. The area is wonderful for walking and exploring the Frisian waters in a sailing boat or sloop. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. The centre of Sneek has many popular chain stores and some unique shops which are worth a visit,

and fun events are organised all year round.
