Beach, sea and dunes within walking distance, ground floor, small-scale park. Holiday feeling guaranteed! In this cozy family home you will find everything you need to relax and unwind in the healthy North Sea air. Enter and you are immediately in the cozy living room with dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen offers everything to prepare a nice meal yourself. There is a convection oven that works like an airfryer. Playing a game together at the dining table is also great fun. Next to the kitchen is the entrance to the two bedrooms, the children's room with bunk beds and the master bedroom with a double box-spring bed of 140 x 200 cm. Opposite is the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink and washing machine. From the living room you can walk outside where you can take a seat in the comfortable sitting area under the covered veranda. In the south-facing garden with a green fence you will find your well-deserved rest and relaxation on the garden chairs. A washing machine is available in the house. The car can be parked approx. 10m from the house. If your party is not related, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed at this property. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
