House:
The holiday home is located on a dead-end street in the beautiful, quiet and tree-filled park Jonkerstee. The location of the house is perfect and very central, 1 km away you will find both the North Sea beach and the center of Ouddorp. The garden is very spacious and south-facing, an awning provides cooling on hot days. There is a table with 4 chairs in a nice shaded corner at the side of the house and on the terrace in front of the house there is a garden bench with 2 chairs , the living area of the house is 90 m2. There is a parking space for 2 cars, if you want to arrive with several cars, there is room for this in the general parking lot. From the park you can easily reach the foot/cycle path along the dunes with access to the nature reserves "Middelduinen" and the "Kwade Hoek". The playground 'De Flipjes' is also nearby. The holiday home is furnished with luxurious materials, fine high-quality beds, a perfectly finished kitchen and a beautiful new shower in the spacious bathroom. Next to the house you will find a log cabin that can be locked where you can store and charge your bicycles. The living room has a large XXL sitting area with a Smart TV (no channel package!!), and a dining area with a dining table. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso. The bathroom is downstairs and has a shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor is one spacious bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200, in this bedroom there are patio doors that lead to the garden. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 x 200 and the other with a single bed of 90 x 200. You can rent a camping cot and high chair. The house is very suitable for a family holiday or a wonderful weekend away in a nice comfortable luxurious environment with nature nearby.-only for rent/bookable for tourist purposes and/or recreational use.
