The area is home to a variety of wildlife, including birds, foxes, deer and badgers. You may even be lucky enough to spot some of these animals during your stay. For those who want to explore the surrounding area, the charming town of Giethoorn is just 27 km away and the city of Zwolle is 22 km away. Both are worth a visit. The towns of Zwartsluis, Hasselt and Kampen are also within a radius of 20 km and are also worth a visit.
