The holiday home is located on a fenced, private property on the outskirts of Kolobrzeg. There is also a private house of the owner. Guests have a lot of land at their exclusive disposal. The seaside beach is approx. 4 km away. The resort centre is approx. 3.5 km away. The holiday home is two-storey and has a spacious, covered terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a table with chairs and TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there are also 2 separate double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor of the house is an open space arranged into a large double bedroom with a separate seating area. Possibility of heating outside the summer season. There is a set of garden furniture on the terrace. There is barbecue equipment. There is a parking lot on the fenced property. There is also a barbecue gazebo and a trampoline for children. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, parking, final cleaning. The holiday home is located in such a place that you can conveniently get to both the quieter beach on the west bank of the river (Parseta), as well as the louder beach on the east bank of the river, where more attractions await (water sports, etc.). The biggest attraction of Kolobrzeg is the wide beach. In addition, there are many walking routes in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, on the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, oceanarium, sea port, cathedral. For families with children, we recommend going to the Pomerania Fun Park. This is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (approx. 15 km from Kolobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels, trampolines. There is a Viking village, mini zoo and many other attractions.
