We offer you a holiday apartment, in a new building from 2018, located on the outskirts of Kolobrzeg, away from the center and noisy streets. A two-room apartment on the first floor of the building, with an elevator and wheelchair access, known in the Kolobrzeg district as "Osiedle Europejskie", 30 minutes' walk from the sea and the beach and 15 minutes from the center of Kolobrzeg and the Old Town. Near the apartment, there is a Zabka grocery store, a hairdresser, a fitness club, etc. Public parking, right next to the building.A modernly furnished and equipped holiday apartment located on the outskirts of Kolobrzeg, about a 30-minute walk to the beach. City center about 1 km.

Possibility of accommodation for a fifth person, only after agreement with the tenant, for an additional fee. (infant or child).The apartment can be inhabited by the number of people according to the reservation and payment made.Smoking in the apartment is prohibited (except for the balcony and with the balcony window closed). (A flat delivered with a cigarette smell may result in an additional fee of PLN 1,000 for the time of airing the apartment).Pets allowed by arrangement with the owner and additional charges apply. (small dogs and York or Chihuahua size dogs only) Dogs are not allowed to lie/sleep in the bed or on the sofa. We do not accept cats.It is not allowed to fry fish and seafood in the apartment.Arrival from 16:00 to 19:00 (we need information about the exact time of arrival at the apartment). If you do not confirm the arrival time, you release us from the obligation to wait for the arrival of the guest from 19:00. Departures and transfer of the apartment by 11:00 and by arrangement.The person booking the apartment is responsible for all damage to the apartment or building caused by the fault of the guest. Any resulting damage must be covered and settled in full, immediately, before departure and in accordance with the opinion of the owner or (if necessary) in accordance with the opinion of an authorized appraiser.We recommend that you conclude an insurance contract against travel damage (civil liability) with your insurance company.
