This new holiday house is ready to accommodate 2 guests and is situated in the country side between Aljezur and Odeceixe, only 3km from the beach. The cottage offers a spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom. In front of the house is the private terrace equipped with garden furniture.The holiday home has stunning views to the natural parc. The ocean and the beautiful coastline of the western Algarve with hidden beaches you reach in 20 minute walk! And also the village of Rogil, with a good bakery, freshmarket, supermarket, ATM and fuel station. Good conditions for surf in Aljezur and Odeceixe.This holiday home is part of the little agro-tourism accommodation Terra Samor with 2 other holiday homes. Each residence has a lot of privacy, his own parking and access. * Living-dining area with good views, smart TV and internet * Kitchenette with 4-burner hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee machine * Bedroom with double bed 180x200cm and wardrobe * Bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer Thanks to the maritime climate, air conditioning is not needed. Casa Selva is also suitable for the winter months, there is a good wood stove (pellet). The house is well isolated and equipped with high-quality window frames with double glazing. Solar panels are used. Outdoor is a quiet terrace with furniture, sunbeds and barbecue in the surroundings of a green garden. In the area around are little agriculture activities, beautiful views over the flowerfields to the ocean. *Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 500 metres). *We ask you friendly to read the information in our guide-book in the beginning of your stay ! *We arrange self check in to let you organize your arrival in a flexible way. But when you prefer a guided checkin, we are happy to do that. Just let me know in advance. We will send you the photo and location, how to find the house. The house is situated in natural reserve.
