This beautiful holiday house is located only approximately 600 metres away from the picturesque village of Praia das Maçãs. The village is set near magnificent white sandy beaches such as Praia Grande, Praia Pequena, Praia da Adraga, Aguda and Magoito. The beach 'Guincho'/Cascais where the windsurfing world championship is held is approximately a 20 minute drive away.Detached holiday bungalow on a fully enclosed estate, with a private heated swimming pool, near the beach Praia das Maçãs and the golf courses in Sintra To get to your private, heated pool you walk through the garden past the main building and there you have the smaller of the two swimming pools in front of you. This pool is exclusively for the use of guests staying in the bungalow. It is surrounded by sun loungers. Right in front of the bungalow is a large sunny terrace with a table and chairs and a traditional stone grill. Here you can spend long barbecue evenings under the starry sky. The single-storey house is on a fully enclosed estate consisting of a two-storey main building, one more small bungalow used as a games room and two swimming pools. The bungalow is located behind the main building. It is fully detached and has access to its own, private swimming pool (the smaller of the two swimming pools on the premises). The house features a living space of 80 m² and can accommodate four adults plus one child. It offers an open plan living-/dining are with integrated, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathrooms. In the living area there is a large corner sofa, a round dining table with six chairs, a CD player and a television. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms has a 180 x 200 cm double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds that you can push together to make a double bed. A bed for a child can be provided. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower device, a wash basin and a toilet. Air conditioning and wireless internet are provided free of charge. The village of Praia das Maçãs offers restaurants with excellent food as well as shops selling local crafts and a swimming-pool with sea water. Nearby, there are also bars and discotheques, ice cream stall, etc. Situated between Sintra and Cascais, you will find yourself in a good location to explore the area. In Praia das Maças village, near the house, you will find a tram line that connects Praia das Maçãs and Sintra, world heritage site declared by UNESCO, and the most typical village from the Royal family history. Azenhas do Mar is a picturesque village near Praia das Maçãs, with a small beach and natural swimming pool. The restaurants, supermarkets, little shops and the sandy beach 'Praia das Macas' are only 10 minutes walk. Lisbon centre, Cascais and Estoril , are only half an hour drive. The landlady stays in the two-storey main building. While always respecting your privacy, she will always be available to answer any questions you might have. The house is serviced by a cleaning lady three times a week.
