Description

The house has two floors and around 200m² of living space. The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm wide). One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a view of the mountains. There is also a bathroom with a bath and bidet. The lower floor has a kitchen with a dining room, altogether 40m², equipped with a gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster. The living room has an open fireplace, satellite TV and a radio. The ground floor also has a bathroom, with a shower and bidet. The house does not have heating, so it is only suitable for spring and summer. This house is three kilometres outside of Viseu near the motorway exit. Within 100km you can find many historical monuments. It is a very beautiful place to spend a pleasant week. Viseu is a beautiful old town with many places of interest. It has a range of leisure and entertainment facilities, such as a big shopping centre with an ice skating rink and a swimming pool, and good and well-priced restaurants. Coimbra, Porto and Aveiro (sea and beach, an hour away) are suitable for beautiful day trips. You can relax in the wellness centre in Alcafache (about 2km away) or Termas de S. Pedro do Sul (about 20km away). Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the Montebelo golf course. Basically there is something for everyone. The sandy beach is about 100km away and the airport about 120km away, but are easy to get to along the motorway. The holiday residence has a big roofed terrace, without chairs. The garden is wild and has stairs and a wall, too dangerous for small children. You can park your car on the enclosed site. The house is by a road with rush hour traffic.
