Belle Vue RĂ©sidence is a modern and welcoming property. It consists of two bedrooms, both Queen size beds, both with a spacious wardrobe. The living room has a modern Smart TV, a box with several TV channels at your disposal, fast WiFi Internet with 200Mbps and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
In the American-style open kitchen you will find everything needed for the basic preparation of your meals. Like:
- Fridge;
- Freezer;
- Stove;
- Oven;
- Microwave;
- Toaster;
- Kettle;
- Dolce Gusto coffee machine;
- Cutlery and other basic kitchen utensils, such as pans, wine glasses;
- Dishwasher.
- Between others.
Also has a washing machine and iron with a ironing table.
In order to provide a great stay, we provide all towels and bed linen.
We also have a transfer service at your disposal.
LOCAL TOURISTIC TAX:
As of the 1st January 2023, Santa Cruz City Administration charges a local tourist tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- €2 per night;
This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
This charge must be paid directly to the host (either in cash or bank transfer) so that he can deliver it to the City Hall.
More information on the city charge will be shared to you as soon as the booking is made.
