Whether you are looking for an apartment which is large enough to accommodate your friends or family, this flat has it all - size, the location (right in the city center), and an amazing vibe!

It is not a common serviced apartment where you can find the basics for your stay. My team and I have put a lot of love and dedication to turn this flat into a true Portuguese Home, where you will feel as if you never want to leave!

The flat features 7 bedrooms:

* 5 double bedrooms
* 2 twin bedrooms

***A baby cot, baby chair and a baby bath tub can be added, free of charge

-Cable TV
-Free Wifi connection
-1 living room with dinning area & seating area
-Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron, iron board and all the utensils you need

All the basics for the first day are provided: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil; detergents; shampoos and shower gel.

Guest access
Guests have access to the living room, the closed balcony, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the bedrooms they are staying in.

Bedroom access depends on how many people will be staying at the flat.
for example:

2 couples - 2 bedrooms will be available (remaining rooms will be closed)

7 friends would occupy three double bedrooms and one single bedroom (remaining rooms will be closed).

Guests are free to choose which bedrooms they would like to stay in, at the time of check-in.

**Late check-ins, from 7pm to 9pm, have an extra charge of 20€ payable in cash upon arrival. After 9pm there is an extra charge of 40€.
