The apartment building is located only approximately 50 m away from Praia da Rocha, one of the best beaches in the Algarve. It is in the port city of Portimão in southern Portugal.
There are two holiday apartments for rent in the seven-storey building that is serviced by three elevators.
The sandy beach is only about 50 m away. Restaurants, bars, shops, markets, clubs, boutiques, taxis, a casino, the marina, souvenir shops and a pharmacy can be found also literally just steps away.
The casino is 250 meters away and the Marina is 800 meters away. The taxi rank and the bus stop are 100 meters away. The nearest golf course is 3 km (Alto Golf and Country Club). The center of Portimão is 2 km away. Lagos is 25 km away, Albufeira is 44 km away, Vilamoura is 53 km away and Faro Airport is 72 km away.

It provides a generous living space of 82 m² and can accommodate up to five adults plus one child. There is a bright and airy living-/dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two top modern bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a wooden dining table with six chairs and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the other has two 90 x 200 cm single beds that you can push together to make an additional double bed. One more person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and there's a bed available for a child. The bathrooms both have a shower cabin, wash basin and toilet. Other amenities include: Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV. Linen and bath towels are provided and changed once a week. The sandy beach is only about 50 m away.
