The approx. 3,600m² plot is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs. The huge terrace with garden furniture, parasols and garden loungers invite you to linger and sunbathe. After a long sunbath, you can then refresh yourself in your own pool (10x5m). Breathtaking pool and garden lighting lets eventful days end comfortably with a barbecue. **Additionally bookable on site for an additional charge (€150 per night):** In the garden you will also find a cozy guest house with a living area and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator. A French bed awaits you in the sleeping area. A small shower room completes the offer. The approximately 320m² luxurious villa appears light-flooded and homely thanks to its warm colors and large windows. Stylish furnishings reinforce the upscale ambience. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer all travelers enough space and places to retreat. Two mobile toddler beds, four bathrooms, living/dining room, large kitchen, pantry/laundry room, dressing room and private parking spaces await you. The 45m² kitchen is a paradise for amateur cooks. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, there is also a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, spices, refrigerator, hob and a toaster. The dining table for eight people invites everyone to eat together and socialize. The large living room with two seating areas and a large 75-inch flat-screen TV also offers plenty of space on approximately 70m². The master bathroom has a large corner bathtub. A separate guest bathroom also has a shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room. Internet access and an ironing board and iron complete the offer. The villa is very quiet and yet the most important destinations can be reached quickly. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, amusement parks, etc. can be reached within ten to 30 minutes. There are no stairs in the villa, so it is also suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that pets are only allowed in individual cases and by prior arrangement.
