Villa Segue is a lovely stone clad house, set in a quiet and peaceful country location. The well maintained mature gardens offer views to the distant mountains. It is only a short drive to the lovely old town of Pollensa and the beautiful bay of Pollensa with its sandy beaches.

From the beautiful hall area which has a lovely cobblestone floor and stone archway, the house opens up into a large living/dining room with beautiful interior stone walling and a comfortable three piece suite, a fireplace and French doors that open out onto the terraces and patio area. There is also Satellite TV and a DVD player.

The modern fitted kitchen has all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob, a large fridge/freezer and a wine rack. Adjacent, there is also a laundry room with washing machine.

The master double bedroom is beautifully furnished with fitted wardrobes and a lovely tiled en-suite bath/shower room. Two further twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes share an adjacent spacious full bath/shower room. There is air conditioning is in all bedrooms for 10 hours per day on timer. Central heating is included for early and late season.

Outside the swimming pool is surrounded by large lawns areas and furnished sun terraces. The outside barbecue area has a covered dining terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
