It has a large balcony equipped with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the warm temperatures of the island.

Its interior, decorated with great charm, has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, two double bedrooms, an individual room and a bathroom with shower.

It is located in a very quiet residential area but very close to all services: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stop. In addition, it is located just 350 meters from one of the best beaches on the island, known for its kilometers of white sand and crystal clear waters. It is for all this that we consider it to be an ideal area to enjoy with children.

All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.

Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other reservations, in that case, check-in must be at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT. For reservations from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay in advance 30% of the total reservation through a totally secure payment link or by bank transfer, the rest will be paid on the day of arrival or 10 days before.

-As you may already know, in some areas there is a compulsory payment tax called ecotax, used by public organizations for the preservation of the environment. In the Balearic Islands we must charge this fee to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards, €1 per night and person will be charged.
