Lovely apartment located just 500 metres from the beach with a private outdoor jacuzzi (IMPORTANT IT IS NOT HOT WATER).

Our clients have free access to the restaurant's 'Tobogán' pool: TOBOGAN Food & Cocktails - Waterslide, which also has a water slide.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower tray. It also has a terrace where you can enjoy the warm summer nights with your family and friends.

The area: Puerto de Alcúdia is a coastal town where you can find a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants with outdoor entertainment. In addition, its beaches are known for their long stretches of white sand and crystal clear waters.

-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called an ecotax, used by public bodies for environmental preservation. In the Balearic Islands we must charge this fee to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 per night and person will be charged.

-Tourist tax not included.
-No parties or events allowed on the property.
-Groups of young people under 30 years of age must book on request.
