Nice apartment with pool 5 minutes walk from the beach of Alcudia.

The apartment is distributed in two double rooms, a single room, living room, kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom with shower. It also has two terraces, one next to the dining room and another at the back, which has direct access to the pool and is equipped with outdoor furniture.

In this apartment you will be able to enjoy a fantastic vacation, since it has all the requirements and comforts to make it so. It is located in a quiet residential area but at the same time it is very close to everything you need; supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, leisure areas and just 5 minutes from the beach.

An additional cleaning and laundry cost will be applied to all stays of less than 7 nights.

Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other reservations, in that case, check-in must be at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.

All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.

IMPORTANT. For reservations from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay in advance 30% of the total reservation through a totally secure payment link or by bank transfer, the rest will be paid on the day of arrival or 10 days before.
