Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other reservations, in which case check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

-As you know, in some areas there is a mandatory tax called ecotasa, used by public agencies for the preservation of the environment. In the Balearic Islands we must charge this rate to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 per night and person will be charged.

IMPORTANT. For reservations from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay in advance 30% of the total of their reservation through a completely secure payment link or by bank transfer, the rest will be paid on the day of arrival or 10 days before.

An additional cleaning and laundry fee will apply to all stays of less than 7 nights.
