Welcome to Cubo's Finca Hollero, with air conditioning, free wifi, private pool and lots of privacy.
This spacious property for 6 people will be able to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the sun of Malaga.
Only the first floor. The ground floor is not included, but it is not inhabited. The property is private for the tenants.
This property maintains the balance between countryside and city, thanks to the excellent communication it has through the Camino Viejo de Malaga.
Where you can be in the centre of Alhaurin el Grande in just ten minutes by car. It also has the Malaga Airport just 30 minutes away, and it also has access to different towns in Malaga; Torremolinos, Nerja, Ronda, Fuengirola.
You enter the plot through a gate where you can leave your car on the premises and have it secure, as the entire plot is fenced.
As soon as you get out of the car, you can see the pool which, being high up in an independent space, has sun at all hours of the day. The pool has sun loungers and garden furniture so that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Access is secured with wrought iron fencing.
Access to the house is via some stairs on the left side of the premises, from where as soon as you enter you can enjoy the huge living-dining room and the American kitchen. A kitchen equipped with everything you need for your comfort, pans, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, juicer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer.
The layout consists of 3 bedrooms. Two of them with double beds and another room with a single bed.
The accommodation has air conditioning with heat pump in the main accommodation (living-dining room and in two bedrooms)
The bathroom has a shower tray.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions on the water supply and how they could affect the traveller's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
To mitigate these possible inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering taking out travel insurance.
The accommodation accepts dogs up to 10 kg with a supplement.
Please note that to stay in this property, a deposit or payment of a security deposit is required before the keys are handed over.
