You should know that the plot houses another home where the owners live in it, but your privacy will not be affected, the spaces of use are very well defined and the outdoor area of ??the accommodation that you will enjoy (about 120 square meters) is behind you. of it, thus enjoying some beautiful views.

Access to this outdoor area is done by leaving it, followed by a small path that will give you access to a fabulous and quiet outdoor room, where a pergola will provide shade while the little ones in the house play in the pool, and you can also prepare a lunch for the family on the barbecue prepared for such use.

At your entrance, the accommodation shows you a large hall that will lead you to the kitchen, spacious, with wooden details and with all the necessary appliances so that you can have more elaborate lunches than in the aforementioned outdoor barbecue.

As you will see, the accommodation is made up of two floors, where on the lower floor, in addition to the kitchen, we will have a comfortable living room where we can meet and watch television, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. All rooms on this floor have windows to the outside and the bedrooms have air conditioning for your well-being.
