Welcome to Apartamento Kurt, a cosy adults-only retreat, ideal for couples wishing to explore the province of Malaga in depth while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment. This property is shared with the owners and offers an intimate and personalised experience, surrounded by the natural beauty of the region.

Location
We are strategically located, with excellent road connections that will allow you to reach the main towns in the province of Malaga in less than an hour. However, due to the topography of the terrain, we do not recommend our accommodation for people with reduced mobility.

Our flat, overlooking the garden and tucked away down a flight of stairs, also has a private barbecue area:

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower.
Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals.

Accommodation Rules and Conditions

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you respect the following rules:

Pets: This accommodation has a pet that is often loose on the property. If you do not like animals or have a fear of dogs, this accommodation may not be suitable for you. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Adults Only: This accommodation is for adults only. No minors are allowed.

Deposit: A security deposit is required prior to arrival. The refund will be made 48 hours after departure, after the accommodation has been checked.

Waste System: We use a septic tank, so please do not dispose of wipes or paper in the toilet. Misuse that causes blockages must be covered by the guest.

Hours and Coexistence: The facilities are available until 00:00. Please maintain order and cleanliness, and respect the rest of other guests and owners.

Parking: Please note that the parking area is in a hilly area. In addition, you must download an app prior to your arrival in order to open the gate to the property.

Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for any possible restrictions in the water supply and how they may affect the traveller's stay, as long as these are decreed by the competent authorities and are compulsory.
