Welcome to our stunning Luxury Villa, located in one of the best areas of the charming town of Alhaurín de la Torre! Located in a quiet residential area, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops, and only 15 minutes drive from the beach.
This Villa with capacity for 15 people has 550 m2 of constructed surface in a plot of 1.450 m2. It has 7 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large swimming pool, gardens and a large outdoor leisure area with a magnificent outdoor kitchen, two barbecues (charcoal and gas) gas fire and two additional fires special paella.

MAIN FLOOR
Main entrance very spacious and bright leading to the rest of the rooms (all with air conditioning except the bathroom):
KITCHEN: Independent and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, oven, dishwasher, two washing machines and a tumble dryer, water boiler, and a complete household goods. Table and chairs/benches to enjoy your breakfasts for up to eight people.
LIVING ROOM: Large independent living room with TV with international channels, sofa and comfortable armchairs. Large extendable table to enjoy delicious group meals.
From the lounge there is access to the outdoor area with the large terrace and sun loungers, gardens and swimming pool.
BEDROOM: Large bedroom with double bed of 1.40 m, fitted wardrobes in the corridor leading to it, and direct access to the beautiful garden area, swimming pool and sun loungers.

FIRST FLOOR
The imposing staircase leads to the first floor with the following layout:
MASTER BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It has a double bed of 1,60m. TV (Netflix) and a large dressing room, as well as multiple wardrobes. Air conditioning. Private terrace with armchairs and side table, with wonderful views of the pool and garden area.
EN-SUITE MASTER BEDROOM.
BEDROOM 3: Spacious bedroom with double bed of 1.40m, fitted wardrobes and direct access to a beautiful terrace (separate from the master bedroom) with side table and two reclining sun loungers, which offers beautiful views of the garden and pool area. Air conditioning
BEDROOM 4: Spacious bedroom with double bed of 1.40m, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace shared with Bedroom 3, with beautiful views of the garden and pool. Air conditioned.

BEDROOM 5: With a large single bed of 1.05m, bedside tables, wooden bench in classic Spanish style, and large windows with Venetian blinds offering unobstructed views of the main entrance of the house and its gardens.

BASEMENT FLOOR
BEDROOM 6: Consists of a 1.40m double bed, air-conditioning, and a hanger-cabinet-shelf.
BEDROOM 7: Consists of 2 double beds of 1.40 m, air conditioning and comfortable additional sofa (not bed) Ideal for groups or families.
BATHROOM: Full bathroom with bathtub and towel warmer.
On this floor there is also a bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full wooden cot.
In the corner space under the stairs there is a cosy play area for the little ones, various board games, toys and a portable tent, children's teepee style.

OUTSIDE
The exterior of the villa is a true oasis of relaxation and entertainment. You will be able to enjoy a huge garden with a magnificent swimming pool and a large terrace with sun loungers, hammocks and tables.

The Villa offers private parking (not covered) with ample capacity for three cars, as well as more than enough space outside the house.
