Located on the seafront, with panoramic views to the Mediterranean sea from all the house and ideal to relax in company of friends and family.
It has 398 m2 of house and 505 m2 on the outside. The house is distributed in 3 heighs and basement, and have dinning room with sofa, table and chairs for several dinners and access to the pool and outside area, with garden, BBQ, solarium and chillout.
There are 5 bedrooms, disseminated in all heighs. 2 of them are double and another 2 with 2 individual beds each; the 5th one have double sofa bed and babybed. It has 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with home appliances, cookware and baby chair.
For your entertainment you have satellite TV, WIFI, stereo/CD player and board games.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 35 € / day.
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night
