Treat yourself to a break on the pool terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. The 7 x 4m freshwater pool has a water depth of 1.40 - 1.80m and is cleaned with chlorine. Sun loungers, different furnished corners with trees and shady vegetation are perfect for spending the whole day outdoors. For meals on the terrace there is a porch with large sliding doors. A mobile grill is available. The finca is fenced and there are some neighbours. The house is one-storey, has 140m2 living space and convinces with a rustic interior. From the veranda you enter to the living - dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, fireplace and dining area for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and has all the big and small helpers that makes cooking a pleasure. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and iron. After eventful days, a total of 3 bedrooms entice you to rest. 2 of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, 1 room has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each have a wardrobe and the bathroom with shower "en suite". They can be accessed from the outdoor porch next to the swimming pool. On request, a cot and high chair can be provided. Andratx is a well-known city in the southwest of Mallorca. In the village there are the main services such as supermarket, bar, restaurant, etc. for an independent holiday. The sea is very close and next to Puerto de Andratx there are the bays of Sant Elm, Camp de Mar and Cala Fonoll to discover. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
