Come and enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our fantastic villa in Arenal! This villa is located in a quiet and residential area, only 5 minutes away from the most popular touristic spot of the island. Here you will find the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything you need for an ideal holiday.

The exterior of the house has a swimming pool and a garden area with sunbeds to enjoy the sun, as well as a furnished area to enjoy a good barbecue. The interior of the villa is equipped with a large and bright living room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa has 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, allowing up to 12 guests to stay in total comfort.

It also has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles, as well as a complete mechanical workshop at your disposal.

Public transport: less than 500 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in only 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in five of the six bedrooms and in the living room, the necessary fans can be provided to the guests. It has central heating throughout the property.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
