In a beautiful coastal village, we discovered this charming house, meticulously equipped and with an outdoor space designed for enjoying with company. It's the ideal destination for a getaway to Cantabria. Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find the stunning beaches of Berria and Trengandín. Additionally, the Parque Natural de las Marismas de Santoña is only 10 minutes away. The town of Santoña, renowned for its wide range of tourist and gastronomic activities, is just a short 7-minute drive away.
HOUSE DISTRIBUTION
The ground floor features a bright living room with a spacious dining area that connects to the kitchen and one of the exterior terraces. It also has a full bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three cozy double bedrooms and another full bathroom.
OUTDOOR AREA
The terrace, connected to the living room, offers unobstructed views of the surroundings. It features a barbecue area and several outdoor spaces to enjoy and relax in good company, such as another larger dining area and a smaller one next to the entrance of the house. The outdoor furniture can be adjusted to the guests' needs.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Additionally, it features a small breakfast table and is adjacent to the dining area.
FOR SURFING ENTHUSIASTS Located near the popular beaches of Berria and Trengandín, highly appreciated by surfers. The house includes an outdoor area for storing surfboards. Several surf schools are in the vicinity.

We will send you an email to complete the online check-in on the same day as the booking confirmation, and we will send it to you again 7 days before your arrival. Check-in is a mandatory procedure and is essential for accessing any of our accommodations. Check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
