It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with air conditioned, and 2 complete bathrooms, a large and warmly decorated living room with a cosy fireplace, a spacious dining room with views to the bay, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Outside there is a large terrace, porch with chill-out area, barbecue, private swimming pool with relaxing sunbeds, internet and everything necessary for your comfort.
This property is located in a quiet area, just a few metres from the sea and a few kilometres from some of the best beaches and coves of the island. It is only 22 kilometres from the city of Palma and 10 kilometres from the airport, offering a perfect combination of privacy and proximity to all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer.
In terms of public transport, the nearest bus stop (31112) is 800m away and is a direct line to Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
