Fantastic property located in Badia Blava, in a quiet residential area. The accommodation of 190 m2 has all the necessary facilities for an unforgettable stay.
The solarium terrace is one of the main features of the property, with a large swimming pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor space to enjoy summer meals. This property is designed for the enjoyment of the whole family.
It has 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and another with direct access to the balcony with views to the bay. In addition, there is 1 bathroom and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a gas cooker.
The nearest bus stop (31113) is 150m walking distance away. The bus stop connects to Palma in about 50 minutes with the bus line 504Tolleric. Despite having this facility, we recommend hiring a rental car for an optimal stay in this area.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas and heating throughout.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
