Description

The comfortable 60 m2 apartment is located in a listed 1920's building. It is located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator and accommodates up to six people. It was fully renovated in October 2013. The house is located in the Eixample neighbourhood, an elegant, easily accessible neighbourhood of Barcelona. Upon request, we can reserve a parking spot in the garage on the property. Pets are permitted upon request. The apartment offers two bedrooms each with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, heating and air conditioning. The modern bathroom boasts a shower, a sink, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. Bedding, towels are included in the rental price. A child's cot is available upon request free of charge. This apartment is located in Barcelona's popular Eixample neighbourhood. It is just five minutes from the Sagrada Familia and the Paseo de San Juan, which are accessible on foot or by public transport. The closest metro stops are Verdaguer (number 4) and Sagrada Familia (number 2 and 5), about 400 meters from the property. The nearest bus lines are 55, 33, 34, 19 and V21. It is 150 meters to the bus stop. It is 500 meters to the hop on hop off bus tour. Shops and restaurants can be found in a 500 meter perimeter as well.
