EXTERNAL: Pleasant plot where there is an 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower, ideal to relax and enjoy your vacation. There are several terraces to enjoy the partially sea views.

DISTANCES: The villa is located in a privileged urbanization given its proximity to LA FUSTERA and PINETS beach (650 m) and Algi supermarket (500 m), as well as the center of Calpe and all services (5.5 km).
