Around the pool, six sun loungers invite you to relax, while a cozy porch with sofas provides a perfect spot for a coffee or a glass of wine. Another porch area is perfect for organizing pleasant outdoor evenings. A third porch leads to the interior of the house. Inside, you'll find a room decorated in traditional Mallorcan style, combining the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, while the living area offers satellite TV for relaxation. The rustic dining room has space for six guests. The laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, all with wardrobes, a fan for summer, and a heater for winter.
