Description

The villa Mumare is located in Cala D’Or area, close to Cala Ferrera. A short walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and amenities. Cala D'Or centre is approx. 1.1km. away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music, shops and the sandy coves Cala Gran and Cala D’Or. In Cala D’Or there is the possibility to practice water sports or take an excursion to discover the pretty south east coast with a sailing boat or the glass bottom boat. The stylish Cala D'Or marina with restaurants and cafeterias is approx. 1.6km. away. The golf course “Vall d’Or Golf” is within 10 minutes drive The villa Mumare is a charming Ibiza style villa with a nice combination of antique and modern. It counts with a well kept mature garden and a lot of outside space. The ground floor offers an open living/dining room full of character, with access to the front covered terrace and to the side terrace. The kitchen that is spacious and well equipped also has access to the side terrace and pool area. This floor counts with 3 bedrooms -2 twins and a double that share a bathroom-. Outside close to the pool with exterior access there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room. Also from the exterior there is access to a room with a billiard table and to a shower room. From here, interior stairs take us to the upper floor that offers a second living room and two bedrooms; a double and a twin that share a shower-room. Please take into account that for security reasons children should not be allowed to go to the roof terrace. The bedromms and the livina area have air conditioning units with cold/warm air. They have a fixed and limited timetable (22.00h. to 09.00h.). The exterior is really spacious and completely fenced. There is a well kept lawned garden with Mediterranean plants such as mature rose bushes, palm trees and cactus. There is also a lot of patio space; great for the kids to play and run around. The front covered terrace offers a lovely sitting to relax or read your favourity book and a dining area overlooking the garden. There is a small side covered terrace close to the pool with a table, chairs and the barbecue. The pool (7.30 m x 3.50m. - Depth min. 1m. max. 1.40) has a small sun terrace with sun beds and an open poolside shower; the ideal spot to relax during the long summery days. It is possible to park the car in the property. Bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price. The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
