Apartment 2 on the ground floor:
2 bedrooms: 1 with two single beds and 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower
1 additional bathroom with shower
Spacious living-dining and kitchen area with sliding doors and access to the outdoor grill with outdoor sink
An additional room with a double bed and its own integrated bathroom adjoins directly to the outdoor grill area and living-dining area.
The first-class holiday home is located directly opposite the romantic fishing harbour of Cala Figuera and has a dream view over the harbour. Next to the house, a small picturesque nature trail leads directly down to the crystal-clear water. There you can relax and immerse yourself in the refreshing sea and the beautiful nature as well as enjoy the magnificent view of the harbour of Cala Figuera.
Culinary delights as well as various highlights for connoisseurs of all kinds can be found directly opposite your holiday home in the harbour of Cala Figuera. The restaurant mile is only a short walk from your accommodation and therefore easy to reach on foot without much effort. Furthermore, the harbour promenade offers various shows and entertainment programmes for young and old.
The holiday domicile is divided into 2 apartments, each with its own entrance. The apartments are rented separately, but can also be booked together depending on availability. The apartment offers you a large corner terrace, partly covered and partly sun terrace with a direct view of the dreamlike harbour and the bay of Cala Figuera. As early as the early morning hours, you can watch the sunrise over this picturesque island. From the terrace or even your living room. Make yourself comfortable and let the morning hours sink in. As a lot of light illuminates the apartment, a warm and friendly feel-good atmosphere is created. In the evening, you can also see the romantic sunset from the terrace. What is in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided for the guests. In the kitchen there is a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 rubbish bags are also available. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items are repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, in these cases you will receive the information about this payment separately from your landlord.
