Mirador Blue L is a newly built luxury duplex apartment for 5 people located in front of the Cala Sant Vicenç beach with a garden, WIFI and AACC.
This apartment has an excellent location overlooking the sea and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntanta that can be enjoyed from its open garden and the wonderful terrace with views of the sea. On the terrace there are outdoor sofas and chairs, as well as an outdoor dining room with fabulous views of the beach.
The apartment offers a second very spacious attic terrace with hammocks, BBQ and panoramic views of the sea and the Serra de Tramuntana.
Mirador Blue L offers three rooms:
- The first room has two single beds joined together as a double and has a private bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace.
- The second room offers two single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
- The third bedroom has an 80 x 190 cm bed and access to a small rear terrace.
In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that leads to the bright private terrace with excellent views of the sea.
The Mirador Blue L apartment offers its clients high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and hot and cold air conditioning. In front of the house there is a large free public parking. There is also a private car park in the building that costs €6/day.
