This lovely home features a private chlorine pool measuring 6 x 3 meters, with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 meters, along with an exterior shower for refreshing dips on hot summer days. Spend afternoons lounging on one of six sun loungers or enjoying a barbecue on the shady terrace adorned with a straw roof and white curtains. An ample terrace on the first floor overlooks the urbanization, complete with more sun loungers. The property is independent, fully fenced, and located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, with direct neighbors. Please note that the basement is not accessible. Inside, the colorful sitting-dining room with A/C invites you to watch films on satellite TV, listen to music, or dine with friends. The open kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a vitro hob, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. The first floor has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Additional facilities include another shower bathroom and a bathtub bathroom on the lower floor. All bedrooms have A/C and wardrobes, and a cot and high chair can be provided for young guests. Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find the beautiful Playa de Cala Santanyí, known for its crystal-clear waters. The area boasts stunning beaches like Cala Figuera and Cala S'Almonia, as well as the natural park Mondragó, perfect for hiking or beach days. The village of Santanyí offers all necessary amenities, and local markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays feature fresh produce, crafts, and more. Note: Guests under 30 are not accepted unless they are families. Passport copies are required for all guests. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. Exterior parking is available for one car. Tourist license: VT/1909. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash upon check-in, varying by season.
